Micron rated needle felt filter cloth for liquid filtration a.Polyester needle felt special for liquid filtration We selects 1.2D、2D and 2.5D polyester fiber, and they will produced with advanced equipment which can uniformly blend over five kinds of fibers that are different materials and specifications, and through a series of blending cotton machines and carding looms that are good to produce products that are layer composite and ladder change between fibers. This kind of product possess high porosity,good permeability,high effective dustcollecting、long using-life etc. Common character as ordinary filter felt have. Besides, owing to its medial temperature resistance (can teach to 150℃ in short time), medial anti-acid and anti-alkali, especially its excellent anti-abrasion, polyester needle punched filter felt have the largest quantity of turnouts grams are from 350g/㎡ to 800g/㎡, thickness are from 1mm to 3mm, all above products can be manufactured in our company. The surface treatment can be divided into singeing、calendering or coated, etc, acording to different working conditions. 	b. Polypropylene (pp) needle felt special for liquid filtration
	PP needle punched filter felt has more advantages when compared with PET needle felt. It is acid and alkali resistant, and has low intenerate point. So PP needle punched felt are often used in liquid-solid separation field to equip with frame press filter, vacuum filter, bag filter centrifuge and other separating facility at below 100 centigrade. We can change the normal PP needle felt performance by finishing treatment such as singe, calendar, heat set, coat and membrane. Surface treatment:singed & glazed, heat set. We also can finish them with Teflon bathing and membrane. Our polyester needle felt adopt sound needle punching nonwoven workmanship, with the property of stable physical dimension, easy cake release, good air permeability, widely used for industrial dust collection and liquid filtration, etc. After water-oil repelled treatment, can be use in the circumstance of moisture and oil mist for a long time. Most industrial dust will blast when it meets the static discharge if the flammable and combustible materials' content comes to a certain extent, which will bring the explosion and fire, especial easily to happen when collect the dust in flour mills, chemical plants and coal industies, etc.So in the dedusting application of this case, the dust should be collected with special dust bags which are anti-static. Acrylic needle felt filter felt mainly used in the circumstance with a high content of moisture and much temperature differences where easy to make the the filter bags hydrolyze when the moisture condensation on the filter bags. Such as steel works, chemical plant, building, metallurgy, power plant, petroleum refining, pharmaceutical, dye industry, food processing, etc, for dust/fume removal and material recovery. S @200pa Tensile strength: Warp: >1000N/5cm; Weft :> 1300N /5cm Elongation : Warp: < 30%; Weft: <30% Service Temperature: Continues: <190℃; Peaks: 210℃ Shrinkage (at 200℃):<1%. Surface treatment:singed & glazed, heat set. PPS is one of the best filter materials with the properties of anti -acid, anti-alkali, hydrolysis resistant, but it is not so good at anti –oxidant. Mainly be applied in waste incinerators, electric station boiler, industrial boiler, etc. Suita Filter provide PPS needle felt for dust collecting in cement plants, iron and steel plants, power plants, chemical plants, etc, the weight from 400g/sqm to 750 g/sqm can be customized. 	e. Aramide(Nomex) needle felt filter cloth Standard sample: Material: 100% Nomex filter / Nomex scrim Weight: 500g/sq.m Thickness:1.8mm Air Permeability: 280 L/ m2. S @200pa Tensile strength: Warp: >800N/5cm; Weft :> 1300N /5cm Elongation : Warp: < 25%; Weft: <50% Service Temperature: Continues: <204℃; Peaks: 220℃ Shrinkage (at 200℃):<1%. Surface treatment:singed & glazed, heat set. The other finish treatment available: PTFE bathing and PTFE membrane. In normal temperature circumstance(under 150 C), the polyester needle felt will satisfy the bag filter systems, if the temperature on the high side, such as tail gas/fume/dust from metallurgical plant, carbon black plant, iron works(blast furnace gas), cement plant (tail gas from vertical kiln), petroleum fumes from mixing round the beton and asphaltum, coal fired boiler, etc, the normal filter method won't work. The reason as following: 1. be restricted by specific resistance, the electronic filter system won't works, so the bag filter system is the first choice for dust/fume removal. 2.if the user try to reduce the temperature(made it under 150 C), which will increase the investment and also be restricted by field. 3. just because there may contain some material such as sulfur in the gas/fume, the acid dew will exist. Aramid needle felt, besides equip the ability of spinnability, abrasion resistance, they also with the ability of high temperature resistance, flame resistance, infusibility. The fiber won't self-ignite, when the temperature up to 400 C, the aramid fiber will carbonization gradually. Besides, aramide fiber also with a good dimensional stability, long service life. 	f. P84 (Polyimide, PI) needle felt filter cloth Standard sample: Material: 100% P84 fiber / P84 scrim Weight: 500g/sq.m Thickness:1.8mm Air Permeability: 280 L/ m2. S @200pa Tensile strength: Warp: >700N/5cm; Weft :> 1200N /5cm Elongation : Warp: < 35%; Weft: <55% Service Temperature: Continues: <260℃; Peaks: 280℃ Shrinkage (at 260℃):<1%. Surface treatment:singed & glazed, heat set. The other finish treatment available is PTFE bathing and membrane. P84(PI-polyimide) is the material with the properties of flame resistance, high temperature resistance. Polyimide will keep a good performance when the temperature up to 240 degree centigrade,instant can up to 260 degree to 300 degree. Polyimide is leaf-shaped structure with a larger filter surface, and always embeded in the surface of other needle felt with different material to improve the filter efficiency.
